Hand-written correspondence is one of my top love languages. There’s just something special about receiving a thoughtful, penned note in my mailbox, with an envelope to open with anticipation and a card or stationery note to admire and pore over. In an age of paperless communication, this type of correspondence truly does cause one to stop and linger awhile. If you’re going to send someone a hand-written note of any kind, why not send along it in style?
When I came across Le Papier Studio, I was instantly smitten. I have to admit, I go weak in the knees at the sight of silhouettes. My dad, an artist, had silhouettes of our family hanging in our home….they’re still hanging today….and I realized, even as a small child, what a sentimental and beautiful thing the art of silhouette was.
Le Papier Studio does do silhouettes, but not just the standard side-of-the-head shadows we’re all familiar with. The whole essence of the innocence and wonderment of childhood is captured in these “snapshots.”
See what I mean? Exquisite. Absolutely exquisite. A must-have, really.
When Le Papier Studio sent me a packet of samples, I was instantly impressed by the intricate attention to detail in the packaging. The paper products themselves? Oh, I must say it’s pure bliss writing on such sleek, smooth paper….the weight is substantial and the quality unmistakable. A writer’s dream, no less. The images are crisp-edged, and the colors are magnificently complimentary. I cannot say enough about this company!
Le Papier Studio’s Etsy shop is chock-full of many items: Beautiful stationery, note cards, stickers and mailing labels, and even prints so very suitable for framing. My favorite has been the teacher’s gifts she did for me. It’s the group that starts with the orange/brown combo for Dana Hladky, but the other colors can be seen there too. Vana is amazing! I can’t wait to show off my girls print she just did… not to mention my own calling cards!!!!!

I really liked the Personalized Stationery Folded Cards with Stickers, Like you I love to write letters. I believe it is a dying art form in this electronic age. I have gotton my six year old in love with sending family members little notes in the mail.
