When it comes to some things, analog is best

As much as I love it all digital there are some things that just work better analog. And when it’s groceries analog works best for me.

You don’t always have to innovate

Sometimes I run up against my own personal challenge of feeling like I always have to innovate, always have to create something new. But reality is I need to focus on communicating effectively. So in this piece I focused on the script, timing, and tone… and leaned heavily on Mr. Andrew Kramer’s lessons for the visual identity. You don’t always have to reinvent the wheel (though sometimes that’s fun), but you do have to succeed in getting your message across.

Music for the edit

Neil Greathouse has a great post about choosing the right music for your video project. To be honest, I was sold after selection #3, but that’s just me.

After Effects Color Process
