LCD Soundsystem: 45:33

I’m currently grooving to LCD Soundsystem’s 45:33. It’s a 45 minute, 33 second mix that is supposed to take you through the idea workout, from warm up, high intensity, and cool down phases. From what I understand, it was a collaboration between LCD and Nike. Regardless, it’s funky and fluid. I got it from iTunes for $7.99, or you can pick it up in disk form from Amazon.
