Weekly, Shane meets with those of us in his area. We typically cover the usual business but recently he’s started to use this time to train and challenge each of us in our role as a leader. It’s been great gleaning wisdom and the time is well spent becoming more effective at the role God’s placed us in.
This past week, we took some time and brainstormed a “quick list” of leaders we admire. They ranged from Winston Churchill to Martin Luther to Bishop TD Jakes. Then, we overlaid their names with the characteristics of leadership that we admire about them. Below is the list of characteristics, should you like to study them for yourself. And if you’re like me, you’d better remember them if they were made into a desktop for your computer.
