I’ve been outside all day working on the new fence / backyard reformat. And yes, white boy took his shirt off. I just came it (it’s about 9:45pm), fence complete. And I’m seriously, seriously sunburned. Maybe when you’re #FFFFFF (that’s hex white, for all of you non-designers out there), you shouldn’t expose yourself to directly searing sunlight for an entire day. Or two.
For the record, I did apply SPF 15 lotion, but I think I missed some spots (like, my entire back). Well, if nothing else, maybe this will repair my terrific farmer’s tan.
Hope you all sleep well.

Ow! That will hurt.
I am quite pale and therefore burn very easily and I usually end up using SPF 50 or 60. You may initially think that it is rather high, although, if you saw how easily I burned then you would understand!

Ken,
Proud of you “#FFFFFF boy”, us desk jockeys need to get out and do some “real work” once in awhile….
Pretty hypocritical of me to make that comment when my #FFFFFF butt is sitting within a stones throw of the Atlantic ocean at the Outer Banks!!!! If anyone ever doubts there is a gracious, powerful, and loving God, they need to see the work he did in creating the Outer Banks….it leaves no doubt that He is the greatest designer of all!!!!!
I hope Sunday’s production went well…I truly had pangs emptiness not being at NS, I have come to love how I feel after being there for even one service, let alone four….but not being at NS did nothing to stop my worship of God….like I said, the Outer Banks are one of His most incredible gifts.
So I am glad you had a productive day building the fence…sorry I couldn’t be there to help, but gee….somehow I ended up on the beach instead…
Peace out….see you next Sunday.

Ken, don’t be so hard on yourself. I would have said you were #FFFEFE…at least.
