but if you must know… yes, my foot was once located in that hole in the ceiling. This is the product of me, a ceiling fan replacement, and a very unreliable piece of MDF (aka, particle board) that didn’t hold me as it promised it would.

I spent about an hour in Lowe’s deciding on an appropriate repair solution.

I’ve had better Saturdays.

But we’re now laughing about it.

Me: “So, Meg. Do you still love me?”
Meg: “Ken, I love you like Jill loves Tim.”
