Whip it real good.
Today is the first day of (gulp) early morning running. Jake has persuaded me to join him in training for a half-marathon. Why? Well, as much as I love to exercise, my cardio routines have decreased (and subsequently my BMI has increased). It’s time to lean up, and what better way than to have your friends hold you accountable and have a goal laid out. And this is the final goal. Now get that iPod on and get moving!
** UPDATE – I didn’t die. I made it all 3 miles and I’m now ready for breakfast.
