iPod font change.

Nice little article on how to change the default display font on the iPod. (here). And today’s After Effects 7 upgrading went really well. I love the new interface and it really smooths out all the buggy problems of battling the interface (typically, you’re constantly moving about 8 different panels around continually). Time will tell if the stability is there.

The stability issue is interesting. I’ve used AE 4.0 with W98 all the way to 6.5.1 Pro with XP and AE has to be THE most stable program I’ve ever used, like, less than 1 crash per year, seriously, rendering several terrabytes of uncompressed video.

I don’t wanna start a war pitting the real men who know & use their computers vs the graphics artists who shop at Abercrombie and read Mac monthly, but has anybody figured out a cost-efficient upgrade for all those obsolete machines encumbered by Motorola chips?

  • why would someone seriously go to the trouble of changing the iPod text TO comic sans. In the entirety of textdom, isn’t that the one set of characters you wouldn’t want to use?
